While our programs are primarily designed for families with home or apartment pools, we may still be able to help. Can I meet the teacher before booking lessons?
We carefully match you with the right teacher based on personality, availability, and teaching style. While there’s no formal “meet and greet” before booking, your intro call covers everything you need to feel confident. And if the match doesn’t feel right, just let us know and we’ll work with you to find the perfect fit.
What qualifications do your teachers have?
All teachers hold valid Australian swimming certifications, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and National Criminal Record Clearance. They’re insured and background-checked.
Are your teachers employed directly by Nereids?
Yes. Our teachers are employed by Nereids — never independent contractors. They’re trusted, qualified, fully insured, and dedicated to creating a safe and positive learning environment.
Do you have insurance coverage?
Yes. Nereids is fully covered by multi-million dollar Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance — giving you complete peace of mind during every lesson.
How do I pay for lessons?
Once matched with a teacher, we’ll send a secure payment link by email. You can pay by card or bank transfer. After payment, you get full access to the client portal.
How does the Nereids Client Portal work?
Once your account is set up, you can:
– View your teacher’s availability in real time
– Schedule/reschedule lessons — up to 24 hours before
– Track your lessons and payment history
– Manage everything in one place via Nereids Client Portal
Do you offer casual, pay-as-you-go lessons?
No. We believe progress comes from commitment. Our Flexible Packages give you space to adapt while still delivering results. Ask us when we chat and we’ll help you choose what works best for your goals and lifestyle.
Can I reschedule lessons if something comes up?
Absolutely. You can reschedule directly through your portal with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Do your teachers work with students who have a fear of water?
Yes. This is one of our specialties. We support both children and adults with patience and at their own pace — building trust and confidence step by step.
Is there ongoing support after I book?
Yes. Our team is here before, during, and after your lessons. If you need help, have questions, or want guidance, just reach out — we’re with you all the way.
What’s the difference between your Signature Programs and Flexible Packages?
Signature Programs follow structured milestones and include a results guarantee. Flexible Packages give more freedom but no formal structure or guarantee. We’ll help you choose during your intro call.
